I could totally see these two getting along. Haruka would love pranks, and even though she's younger, would most likely try to prank him back. She would also find the fact that he plays a girl in the game highly amusing, so perhaps they first met there and she shoved off some boys who were trying to hit on 'her' and we can just go from there.
