bit system [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,400,true][atrb=cellpadding,15,true][atrb=style,border: 1px solid; padding: 3px; -webkit-border-radius: 10px; -moz-border-radius: 10px; border-radius: 10px;,bTable][atrb=style,font-family: arial; text-align: justify;] info Did ya notice that there's more than one system in earnin' bits? Well, that's because not everyone has the same posting rate and length! So, why not build two systems in order to cater to this? One system for those who post a lot but more than often than not have low word counts, and for those who can't post as often but have a lot to say in one post! And, so the word count and post count system were born!
post count system There isn't much to say with this one, since the site already keeps a good track of your change. c: Each post is worth 150 250 350 Bits.
updated as of 10/28/11
word count system Because there is no code installed into the boards that count words, please use sites like this or even word processor in order to count just how many words are in your post. Each word is worth 1 Bit.

switching systems [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,400,true][atrb=cellpadding,15,true][atrb=style,border: 1px solid; padding: 3px; -webkit-border-radius: 10px; -moz-border-radius: 10px; border-radius: 10px;,bTable][atrb=style,font-family: arial; text-align: justify;] word count system If you want to convert your bit system from one system to another you will have to cut your current amount of bits in half. After the conversion, your character will gain bits in accordance to the system you have chosen for that character.
Example: Current bits: 4000 bits After switch: 2000 bits
However, this is only for the first time you have done this. The penaly doubles each time the switch is made. For example, if it is your second time to switch, the penaly increased to your character only obtaining 1/4 of the current bits they have earned.
When to switching to another system, you must change it in your profile as well as notify a staff member.
