REASON FOR JOINING BETA TESTING Yamato and the others were doing it, and Tai thought it would be fun. That, and he got an invite.
ROLEPLAY SAMPLE "Cool! I never get to see you anymore these days. Yamato gets mean after awhile," he winced, remembering how he and his best friend had gotten into many a squabble when they were left alone for long periods of time. Just the other day they were arguing over the way their younger siblings look at each other. They had not seen their respective siblings in awhile, so it was interesting to eavesdrop on the conversation while the two squabbled over how each other's respective sibling looked at the other one. Tai would have felt better if there was a way to show he had won, but very rarely did one of them win. They were so stubborn it was always a draw. Then again, they were best friends so they made up later but still.
"...much more fun with you here."
That was basically the only part of her answer that stood out to him. The boy felt his face turn a light shade of red as Agumon snickered at his partner. The boy gave his digimon a firm nudge with his foot, giving him a look, and Agumon continued to laugh at him regardless.
"And I think Biyomon has been getting bored without another digimon around to talk to."
"Well she is in luck! Agumon never shuts up, so she will be sick of us before you know it!" he grinned, standing and sticking his hands in his pockets as Agumon's eyes widened. "HEY! THANKS A LOT TAI!"
"You are very welcome my friend!"
"How are you? Seems like ages since we last talked, or hung out. You have anything planned today?"
Tai chuckled lightly at Sora's question as Agumon walked over to Biyomon and started their own little conversation. Most likely talking about the two of them while they were not listening, but regardless. "Good to know I was missed m'lady" he grinned, not meaning it in any way that made him come off as cocky. Taichi was a goofball, and Sora should know that by now. They had known each other for what seemed like forever. She was probably used to his idiotic plans and goofy attitude, but he knew at times he got on her nerves. He learned that the hard way when they were kids and he gave her a birthday present. That day was a day they never spoke of. He did not MEAN to insult her by giving her a hair pin! It was nice and it reminded him of her and that was why he gave it to her but apparently she took it the wrong way. Thankfully his email to her helped patch things up, but it was still a sore spot in their relationship.
"I am alright, Matt likes to kick my arse when I fall asleep at work, but he does that daily. How are you?" he chuckled, shaking his head in amusement. "Actually, I do not have any plans. I was good and got all my work done early before I got here. How about you? Any plans for the rest of the day?"
If she had a date he would probably kill himself. Or the lucky idiot that was able to capture Sora's attention enough to get her to go out with him. Taichi had never asked the girl on a date. He feared rejection more than it not working out or hurting their friendship. He loved her dearly and that was probably why he did not try to make things more than they were. He was afraid of losing her forever if something should go wrong. That was the last thing he wanted.
